Can a student who qualifies for an SAT fee waiver also get an SAT-based CSS Profile fee waiver automatically for both the custodial and noncustodial parent?

The custodial family will receive the SAT-based CSS Profile fee waiver. The noncustodial parent will not receive an SAT-based CSS Profile fee waiver but may get a CSS Profile fee waiver based on their application.
