How long do my documents take to process and how do I identify the current status of my uploaded files?

Your IDOC dashboard reflects the current status of your uploaded files. Once files are uploaded, they remain in the Uploaded File(s) section for the remainder of the year; this is a running list of all files you have uploaded.  

 
Once a document is processed, it moves into the “Processed Documents” section of your dashboard and is no longer listed as an outstanding required document. 
 
It typically takes approximately 3-5 business days for your documents to be processed and update the status of your required documents.
