I am a US Citizen, and my parents are in the military or work abroad and we currently live abroad. What do I do?

The CSS Profile application does not collect citizenship. For the question about permanent country, if you have an address in the US or have an APO/FPO/DPO address, then we recommend using that as your permanent address. If not, then use where you currently live as your permanent address. However, it may be helpful to follow up with your schools to ensure they have clarity on your application.
